Delivery
All items are sent by Royal Mail and our charges are based on weight and the service requested.
All orders received and payment cleared before 12 Noon Monday to Friday will usually be Despatched the Same Day, All orders received on Saturday or Sunday will usually be despatched on Monday. 
Please note that in many cases parcels sent by us will not fit through a letter box therefore if no one is available to receive the parcel it will be taken back to the Post Office to await collection, a card should be left to inform you of this, however it appears in many cases this does not happen so if you have not received your goods within 3 days of receipt of despatch notification email (UK Only), we advise that you take ID and check with your local sorting office. You are always welcome to check with us on the details of the despatch.
If your item was sent using the Royal Mail Tracked Service (Our standard delivery method) you should have received a e-mail on despatch with a tracking number, this will allow you to go onto the Royal Mail Website and re-arrange your delivery date (including Saturdays) or designate a safe place for the parcel to be left.

We collect information about you in order to process your order and to tailor your visit to our website to be as relevant to you as possible. That information will only be shared with other parties that are involved in the fulfilment of your order. We do not send random marketing emails to personal email addresses (spam).

You have a right to ask for a copy of the information which we are holding on you and we will provide this for a small fee. We will delete information or correct any inaccuracies at no charge as soon as you make the request.
We do not use cookies on our website.
Data will only be released to third parties (e.g. the police) on request where there is a legal requirement for us to do so.

Payments Policy
Our prefered method of payment is PayPal, or Credit/Debit Card.
We also accept Cheques and Postal Orders (See Below for Details). 
Cheques - We Accept Cheques Made Payable to Koconut Limited and sent to ChyUla St Martin Helston Cornwall TR12 6BU. Please note we will NOT Dispatch Goods Until the Cheque Has Cleared .
Postal Orders - We Accept Postal Orders Made Payable to Koconut Limited and sent to ChyUla St Martin Helston Cornwall TR12 6BU. Goods will be dispatched on next Delivery.
Complaints
We at Koconut aim to deliver a high standard of customer care and satisfaction. If however, you feel that you have not been given the best service we can offer you, then please let us know by using our Contact Us page and we will try to resolve the problem. When emailing us with a complaint please give as much information as possible about your problem. We promise that any complaints raised will be handled fairly and in complete confidence within a five working day period.
